We'll meet at your place, hear your thoughts on ideal timing. Walk your home and see the items you love that may be helpful to stay in your staged home. At the request of your licensed realtor, this visit (usually about an hour) is free of charge.

Within 72 hours we will send you and your real estate agent our breakdown of sugestions on how to best showcase your home to buyers. This will include a timeline, a tiered pricing structure: From $800 for a 5 hour day of two people decluttering and re-arranging, to a full empty house staging, and if you have exisiting furniture, a few in-between options. The proposal is free of charge.

We own original art from some of the most collected painters of the 20th and 21st century, including Diego Rivera, John Bowman, and Helen Durant, as well as Outsider art from Ken Grimes and Michael Madore. Our collection not only enhances home staging for real estate projects but also includes a large selection of fine antique oil paintings, prints, lithographs, and antique maps, perfect for high-end staging. Cost of showcasing the art is included in staging price. We are fully insured.

Sometimes you may wish to only stage the most impressionable rooms--ie the downstairs, entryway, living room, etc. Virtual home staging is an excellent choice for vacant properties where full-on staging isn't desired by the realtor and homeowners. Our real estate staging services utilize advanced technology to add furniture, art objects, and lighting to photos of your home, offering buyers a realistic view of its potential. We understand real estate photography and what buyers find appealing to help showcase your property's best features. Pricing is per room and very reasonable.

Our team specializes in real estate staging and will collaborate with you to rearrange furniture, declutter, and add finishing touches to create a space that buyers in Westchester will love. $250 per hour for the services of 2 certified stagers.
